Client Services Information

Friends of Forgotten Children, a 100% volunteer-run provider of food, clothing, and holiday gifts for low income and at-risk families and individuals, including teens and seniors, has served the greater Concord area since 1972.
Recertification Requirements:
In order to stay in compliance with 501(c)3 requirements, all clients who receive services from Friends of Forgotten Children must recertified by June 1, 2022.

Please bring the following items with you when signing up for services, holiday gifts, or recertification:
  • Food stamp paperwork OR
  • Photo ID for EACH MEMBER in your household requesting assistance
  • Proof of Residence for entire family:
    • Current Lease
    • Current Mail
    • Utility Bill 
    • ​Medical Bill
