Recertification Requirements

New Clients please bring the following items with you when signing up for services, holiday gifts, or recertification:

Food stamp paperwork OR

  • Proof of Residence for the entire family (or anyone living at the address that you will be adding) using any of the below documents: 
    • Current Lease
    • Current Mail
    • Utility Bill
    • Medical Bill

We do not accept driver's licenses for proof of residency.

The documents listed must show NAME, ADDRESS and DATE (date must be current). 

We recertify all clients every June.
