Bringing the holiday spirit to those who need it most

The holiday season at Friends of Forgotten Children starts in the fall with distribution of the Annual Thanksgiving Baskets. Financial and in-kind donations from businesses, volunteers, and organizations provide the food for over 300 families annually. Each basket is filled with food items for an entire Thanksgiving meal and are provided to clients who sign up.

All applications have to be submitted in person during the days and hours indicated in the instructions.

FOFC collects and distributes holiday gifts to children from birth to 18 throughout greater Concord and Merrimack County. With the generosity of the community over 600 children received holiday gifts in 2024.

Over the past 50+ years over 50,000 gifts have been provided to thousands of children for the holidays. These gifts would not have been possible without the donations by members of the community, local businesses, and social organizations. Each year the collaboration between FOFC and the community makes a difference in lives.
